Unable to transfer

It's been 5 days now...

trying to get my domain transferred out but not happening

My site has been down (and costing me money) since Monday because these so called tech support folks don't seem to know how to transfer out my domain.

What specific error are you receiving when you attempt to transfer?

And why exactly is your site down because of the domain transfer? If the domain has not been transferred and is still in your account, can't you get your website up quickly by changing the nameservers as necessary here until you get whatever other issues resolved?

This isn't a ResellOne domain, it's a retail TP domain according to WHOIS. And it expired on January 9, which may make it a bit difficult to transfer.

should still be possible to transfer out an expired domain though. just need to lock it, unlock it, then put the transfer through.

Can hardly have a go at anyone else for letting it expire before transferring it mind you.
