Redemption with RS1

Its been 10 days approx since I submitted and paid for redeeming a domain.

No word -nothing.

Support isnt answering email (suprise) and live chat takes 20 minutes to get a response.

Whats the process here - am not paying again. Why does it take rs1 x days to bring a domain from redemption and it takes enom etc a couple of hours?

Because eNom is more expensive? if you want the absolute cheapest registrar then you get what you wanted I think.

However, I have to say that ResellOne has been working good for our needs. We have over 1000 domains with them.

yurtesen I agree (I have many times more than you) however redemption should be auto matic and same day like other registrars. This is my point.
