Hello,

Resellone should consider implementing a ticketing system for support. Emails sent to support seem to fall into a black hole.

It's not good enough, especially for some of your larger resellers.

I agree. I sent an email to payments@resellone.net 11 days ago and never got a response. Resent the email to support@resellone.net earlier today and haven't heard anything either. It would be nice to know they at least got my messages.

Eddie, I am having the same blackhole problem. Sometimes Aamir reply to some support requests and usually I get no response from support@resellone.net. You can at least use a ticketing system. Come on guys, there are even good free ones for this purpose!

The 1.6.x version has mailgate which can check pop3 etc.
