When I send an e-mail to charge my CC, it's done the same day...
What is your problem?

Obviously it takes longer than 3 hours according to this thread :)

My suggestion is to put in $1000-$2000 and forget about payment for a while.

Do what?? Tie up that kind of money in something that may go down or close up with out a moments notice? You gotta be kidding right? :rolleyes:
It would be a marketing disaster I think for the Planet to close Resellone without ample notice and steal your money. I'm not worried investing my money for services here. We may not see the support we did when R1 was new, but I think the size of The Planet is security enough that I'm confident with 6 months of domain payments on account.

I hear that the credit card payment page is not working, are you guys able to use it?
I haven't been able to use the auto credit card form since Bank of America bought out MBNA America and removed mastercard securecode from my two credit cards (and didn't even know what it was!)

I decided last night to ask for a manual payment to be processed to fund my account as a test. I put in the request at 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday by emailing the ResellOne.net billing email address, and the payment was manually processed and credited to my account at 5:15 today (Thursday)

If you notice - there has not been any activity in this forum for over a month from support staff at Resellone.net. I'm to a point that I am going to the ICANN (like it will do any good). I've contact the Planet, I've contacted R1 many many times and they don't give a rats ass about their customers anymore.

ResellOne is not obliged to post here. This is a place where we try to help each other. That said, we do wire amounts ranging between $1000/$2000 regularly to our ResellOne account and they are processing them quite promptly. As well as we have payed using CC manually few times.
As I suggested in the other thread, please try to reach ResellOne using the online chat either on ResellOne pages or ThePlanet pages and let us know what they say.

Back in 2005 when I first became a resellone reseller the process was to send in paperwork and a check. Now in 2008 I find payment was processed in one business day, so it's actually faster for me now then when it was first launched. I'm just a small customer, but I don't have any complaints - the service I get with a simple request is perfect and I can't figure out what the difference would be.
