Transfer Fails! Why! Because transfer email still says from resellone! When will this be corrected? or can it not be corrected? Tested transfer with client, it fails because he doesn't know who in the heck resellone is, and so he goes to site(resellone), after it fails I tell client "Oh, that was the transfer" and then he emails that since we are only paying $7 a domain(according to site) can he get a discount for moving some more domain names. This is awful! Resellone in not anonymous nor transparent!:mad:
I hope things get better!

Resellers cannot change these:
Relpy-To Name: {{global_product_name}} Transfer
Reply-To Email: {{global_transfer_email}}
The reason being, that the above variables are "global" which means that they are global to the entire Resellone HRS-instance.
It is also a Legal Requirement to have "Transfer" emails come from the Registrar and NOT the resellers themselves.
I know this is a disappointment however we have to stay within the ICANN regulations.

Strike this... didn't process the entire thread in my head before replying. :)
crazylane, you can change the From name/address, just not the Reply-To - by editing the template. Whether that's against ICANN rules or not is up for debate, because (at least in this instance) my ResellOne account allows me to make the same edits I can on my OpenSRS account.
It might be late in the game to suggest this, but I wonder if the prices resellers pay should be posted somewhere other than where end-customers can see them?
For example, resell1.net could be used for resellers to signup, and resellone.net could be used for end-user customers to see based on the domain the email is sent (with no prices given on that site) (or the other way round, etc.)
Just a thought.

That's another issue I think.
The "pricing" issue at hand in this thread (as I read it) is that a customer gets an email to approve a transfer in and sees that the url is resellers.resellone.net
If the customer then simply goes to resellone.net -> products -> domains -> rates he sees what resellers are actually paying.
Even though logically a customer should expect a slight increase in price over cost to cover the reseller's overhead, sometimes customers see the wholesale price and no longer appreciate the retail price ;)
