View Full Version : Somehow I get a really really bad feeling here

I've been with Resellone now for two years. And while their "support" was never as quick or as easy to get ahold of as other companies I work with including EV1 (now The Planet), it's got so much WORSE. If any of you remember registerfly? Loosing all those domains. Well, thank you ResellOne! I just lost one of my very valuable domains! I have sent in a number of requests for payments and they just never get back to me, by email or fax. I have contacted The Planet in my Orbit control panel and they forwarded the message - but still nothing. If your business is failing, at least can't you let us know so we can get our domains out? If it's not, how about answering emails? That'd be cool. I'm a little pissed off as you can tell I'm sure, but it would not take much to make me happy, put the money in my account and redeem that domain you made me loose.

I still have a couple hundred dollars in my account, but as a test I just put in a request to billing (at) resellone (dot) net for a $500 payment to be processed to fund my resellone account. Will report back how it goes. Usually this is done in 3 days or less I've found in the past.

As a followup to my post at around 10:30 PM last night, I just received the following invoice:

This EMAIL INVOICE/RECEIPT is acknowledgment that we received and
posted your "RWI Online Credit Card Payment" as follows -

: Sent: Thu Jun 19
: Via RWI Online Credit Card Payment $500.00.
: $0.00 was subtracted for processing fees,
: $0.00 was subtracted for taxes,
: $500.00 was credited to your account.
You now have a grand total cash amount of $687.65.

For my money, that is plenty fast. Put in request for account to be funded at 10:30 PM. Funds added the following day at 5:15 PM.

I got email from support that the manual cc payment system will be fixed asap.

I guess I'd like to know why the **** they won't reply to me. I even put in a request through Orbits because I am a Planet (came from EV1) customer. They said they would put me in touch with them - almost a week later - nothing.

And to make it worse, I have domains that have expired now and I will be loosing them.

Also, notice all the spam on the forums?

SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dwdonline, I even reached ResellOne from ThePlanet online chat few weeks ago even though I am not a ThePlanet customer. Can you try the chat and let us know what they tell?

Also if you haven't already try contacting the billing email from an alternate email address. I'm wondering if the email communication between you and resellone is being blocked on one side or the other.

Also, if you're a planet customer, try asking them to fund your account using the same card they regularly charge/have on file in your planet server account.

Obviously we want to extend our apologies to you DWD. I'm not sure how your emails are not reaching us. Our mailserver was down for awhile at one point, but chat was up and the mailserver has been up all week (though somewhat spotty).

I've checked your account and can see that money has been posted (as of yesterday). We apologize greatly for the trouble and I honestly cannot imagine why your ticket in Orbit didn't get answered. I've personally answered alot of them myself and most of our customers have had minimal effect on their ResellOne accounts surrounding our DC problems.

Either way, next time something gets out of hand, please feel free to email domains@theplanet.com as we answer that address as well. Also, feel free to use the chat available either at www.resellone.net or at www.theplanet.com - this staff can be reached both ways. If need be, you can also call into the planet and asked to be forwarded to the domains department between the hours of 9am and 6pm.

I contacted them myself about the CC payment page being down a couple of weeks ago. They have it working again.

I just used it to reload my account and the whole transaction from filling out the form to having the amount credited to my account took about 30 minutes or less. So, at this time, it is working:)
