I registered but failed

I registered twice but failed. Servertime errors.

But I registered the three times, it told me the username has been taken. I donot know how to go to next step.

I have several serves with the planet. But I donot find any your links in the planet control panels. I might have been your reseller from rackshack.

Could you pleae tell me what to do next ?
