Hello,

I tried to apply for a reseller account at resellone however the e-mail I got says that I should use regular post and the agreements says that I should fax it. So is it so that either is accepted or both is required or ?

I already faxed the documents and asked about this from domainmanager@resellone.net and support@resellone.net however I still didnt get any replies so ?

After faxing the agreements you should receive a confirmation mail from them.

We normally activate your account the same day, unless it is a weekend day. How long have you been waiting?

Evren, the reason that the account was not activated right away is due to the username on the contracts being inconsistent with the username you signed up with. This basically invalidated the contract that you sent in. Chad emailed you the same day that we received the invalid contract. We have as of today received the contract with the correct information and activated the account, as well as replied from both domainmanager@resellone.net and support@resellone.net. Please feel free to let us know if you need any further assistance.

Yes, I am sorry about that. I remembered the username I applied with... It was all my fault after all. :)

I am very happy with the speed of resellone helpdesk. I hope this will continue as it is now.
