Hello,

I was going to start offering domain transfers, but I see there is no way to customize the confirmation emails sent, is this a feature are you planning to add?

Resellers cannot edit the content of transfer request emails, due to ICANN policies regarding transfers. What suggestions do you have for things that need to be changed? I'll see if I can accomodate your requests.

I undestand, but it would be nice to have more templates to choose in different languages.

I believe that you can translate the templates that you are able to edit.

I'm sure, but the "Initial Authorization for Registrar Transfer" template is not editable, there are only few variables you can change.

A good idea would be at least having it translated in Italian, French and German.

I am looking into this and will let you know as soon as I have a solution to this issue.

I would like to be able to edit "Initial Authorization for Registrar Transfer" also. I would like to translate it to finnish, as most of my clients now would consider it spam and are suspicious why we are sending them emails in english :-)

I believe editing the template is not possible.

mainly concerned about changing languages in the client interface and warning emails.
Anyone knows if it's already possible to change (to portuguese in this case).

You can change the client interface as you like using the client library(need to modify the texts), or write your own.

You can confıgure a lot of e-mails but not all. For example you can configure renewal warnings, but not transfer in authorization confirmation mail(as ICANN suggests this to be in English for certain(General TLD's) domains)
