Three minor questions about the formatting of the "Initial Authorization for Registrar Transfer" since I believe this is a global email that cannot be tweaked by the reseller:
1.) The first line seems redundant unless there is a non-english version specified or linked.
An English version of this message is contained below.
That seems pretty obvious, and if you can't recognize the message is in English you're probably not going to be able to read that line either.
2.) There are then 5 blank lines of space - intentional?
3.) Finally, there seems to be a line space missing between the final bullet "Once a transfer takes place ... " and "If you WISH TO PROCEED"
