If you have a transfer that is "Transfer Status: Pending-Registry" and for some reason you need to cancel that transfer, please emails support@resellone.net with the request to cancel it, as we can process this from our system admin. At this time I am awaiting a response to a query regarding the reseller being able to cancel these themselves.

I received the support e-mail about our domain transfer being cancelled however I think you missed something.

The message you sent says transfer cancel failed:

XXXX.com: Transfer cancel failed in the registry (Domain name has not been flagged for transfer)

I am still able to see the domain in 'Orders in Progress' page as "Pending Registry Approval" and I am not able to restart the transfer again (since it is still in progress)

Thanks,
Evren

As I told you in the emails that we exchanged yesterday I have forwarded this to my technical support team for further investigation and I will email you again as soon as I have more information.

The transfer has failed and I see that you have resubmitted the request to transfer now that the domain is unlocked. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

It worked this time however there should be a way to manually cancel the transfer just in case if the domain expiration is too close. I am still waiting your answer to why it is not available.

Another problem is that even though I sent the domain nameservers with the transfer request using the API, they didnt show up in the RWI when I checked the transfer request.

I have changed some parts of the message to protect my customer however this is what it did, but I didnt see anything about dns1.ispro.net and dns2.ispro.net in the RWI, they were gone missing. Do you know why that happened?

Without trying to decipher the XCP request, did you set the custom_transfer_nameservers attribute to 1? Otherwise, the API will ignore anything you specify in the nameservers array.

Thanks for the additional information Kasey, I'm sure everyone can find this suggestion helpful. Kudos! And Thanks!

Kasey, thanks indeed, after some investigation we found out that our system was sending "custom_nameservers=1" instead which doesnt work for transfers obviously :)

Thanks again!
