Today while attempting to register a .net domain manually through the admin interface, I received the error:

Request failed validation: No RAs to service your domainNo RAs to service your domain
Please review this order under "View Pending Orders"

Does anyone know what this means?

What time were you trying? There was an outage alert issued for OpenSRS on .com/.net at 4:43pm CT until 6:09pm CT when it was reported back up, apparently a comm problem with VeriSign. You should be able to get it to go back through now.

An RA in OpenSRS terms, if memory serves, is Registration Agent - basically a backend server process that takes commands from the RWI and API queues and communicates with the appropriate registry.
