email log of LiveChat not working

After a livechat session you can enter your email address in order to receive the log of the chat in your email. I've done this now a couple of times in the past few days but havent received the logs a single time - you may want to investigate this.

Thank you for notifying us of this issue. I've tested it myself and found the same error. I have forwarded the issue to our Development team, and will update this thread with any additional inforamtion as I receive it.

Our Development team and our Networking team have fixed this issue. I have tested it myself and the email transcript function is working. If you have any other problems with our Live Support Chat please let me know.

Also, if there is a transcript from a previous chat you had you would like emailed to you, please PM me the username you used, the email address you would like the transcript sent to, about what time the chat occurred, and the representitive's name if you remember it.
