Hello,

Would EV1 communicate the script of its domains "manage.cgi" for the EV1 + R1's customers? :o

The Documentation that is available at ResellOne is for the reseller program, Ev1severs domains are not set up as a reseller program.

Hello Laurie,

I know, I know. ;)
If I said this it is to give some ideas for developers... because I don't find any similar cgi script in the long long documentation.

the management interface (including manage.cgi) is included in the opensrs-rcl scripts which you can download and setup

http://developer.tucows.com:4080/code/rcl/

That what you're after?

Downloads for:
- Version 2.9.5.tar.gz file is a 0 Ko file
- Version 2.9.5zip file is a 404 error

so after I'm at the same point :(

The .tar.gz file in that URL appears to be corrupt :/ Any other place on where i can download the file?

Thanks :)

Ok my mistake - never realised the downloads were broken. if you can't wait for the downloads to be fixed, ive got a copy of the 2.9.4 version if you want it. i can email to you if you PM me your email address. Obviously that's no use if you wanted to ugprade to 2.9.5 from 2.9.4 ;)

Would attach it but the forum doesn't accept .tar.gz files

What would be nice is ..... Resellerone to get a copy of the files and post them somewhere so us resellers could grab the files.

I have tried both links and can not get either to work ....... I am sure Resellerone can gain access to them if they wanted through Tucows.

This would be a great starting point for custom development.

Well this was requested 9 months ago and still no reply as to if or when Reseller1 would make the OpenSRS files available to its resellers.

Now you can get the files here http://developer.tucows.com:4080/code/rcl/ It is now called RCL: Reseller Client Library

The down load does work and with a little tweaking you can get this to work quite well.

So good luck everyone and please let me know if there is anything I can do to help with getting it set up.

There is a problem in your internet connection. Please discuss this with your ISP.

The files are just fine and has been fine all the time, as a matter of fact they were there at the same place for a very long time and working fine at all times. I downloaded the files from there several times.

Thanks,
Evren

Hi Mile,

I got exactly the same thing today and a month or so ago when I tried to download from the first link JamesC mentions. The second link works fine for me.

Kind Regards,

Les

OK, now I see that http://developer.tucows.com:4080/code/rcl/downloads/opensrs-client-2.9.5.zip doesnt function. However the link above for tgz file
http://developer.tucows.com:4080/code/rcl/downloads/opensrs-client-2.9.5.tar.gz
works just fine. I didnt even consider this to be an error as there is no difference in getting any of these files.

However http://resellers.tucows.com/current/ seems to be more current :)

Thanks,
Evren

Hi Evren,

I hope you day is going great.

Would you please download the .gz link that works fine for you and open it. When I download it I get the file with zero (0) KB.

So for those links I cannot even download the .zip file and the .gz file downloads with zip in it.

Since post 5,6,and 7 indicate the links where broken and Mile's and I got the same results, I was thinking they just did not work.

Post 8 indicated they could download them though. It is kind of funky that some can and some cannot download from those links. I guess one of the series of tubes must be blocked from my end.

You are right though the current files do seem to be current and everyone seems to be able to download them.

Kind Regards,

Les

You are right, the file is empty, I just clicked on it and it popped up the download windows so I thought it was working.

Perhaps other people found the other link and downloaded the working files in some posts. I also didnt even realize that there were 2 different places for this :) I was probably lucky that I googled and got to the right place most of the time :)

Thanks,
Evren

I would stick to the http://resellers.tucows.com/current/ link as it seems to be the one that is still maintained.

Though the last update was a year or so ago they still seem to do the trick as far as a starting point goes. ;)
