Now this is funny... </sarcasm>

On the OpenSRS side of things, they're rolling out what they call "local namespaces"... basically, instead of going to a common URL, you can go to yourname.managednsservice.com or yourname.servicecontrolpanel.com with the "yourname" being defined in RWI2. No more sharing usernames between resellers is the main benefit, and it adds some branding capabilities as well. Unfortunately, while the settings for this new feature are there on the ResellOne RWI2, they don't appear to be working at this point... or at least aren't affecting the managednsservice.com/servicecontrolpanel.com domains.

My *guess* would be that Tucows promoted some code to production that they shouldn't have, at least not on the ResellOne environment.

The current problem is being worked on by us as we speak. I am aiming to have this problem resolved by today. I understand what an inconvenience this is and am making all attempts to get the issue corrected.

Finally, some progress on this issue. Here's what you need to do:

- Go into your RWI2
- Click on the Settings tab
- Click on the "servicecontrolpanel.com/managednsservice.com" link under "Customize End User Screens"
- Set a referring name (brand name) for yourself

From there, you should be able to log in using this address:
https://yourbrandname.resellone.net/managedns/

It will throw an SSL error, but I have a feeling that will be resolved soon. Thanks to Aamir for helping get to the bottom of this.
