I decided to try out the manage dns service. However the URL in the manual https://www.managednsservice.com/ is giving the following error:
Error
The error which occurred was:
Unable to resolve URL

Why is this happening?

The manual hasn't been updated... you now have to define a branding profile in RWI2 and then use the URL https://yourname.resellone.net/managedns/ to get into the control panel.
