I'm trying to transfer domains into my ResellOne account.

I'm not getting all of the email notices that I need so that I can confirm the transfers.

I transferred 16 domains several days ago (one at a time by the way--batch transfers don't seem to be available, but that's another thread!). I think I received two transfer confirmation emails immediately after initiating the transfers. I waited and waited. Finally I logged back in to the system and had the system resend the confirmation emails. I got four that time. In all it took 6 different requests before I finally got all of the transfer confirmation emails.

No, I do not have spam filters through my ISP. The only spam filtering I have is via a program that runs on my local computer through Eudora. And I have carefully searched through all the junk email I have received to make sure nothing was improperly filtered.

Anyone else having this problem?

I'm assuming these domains are all set up similarly (admin contact e-mail)...

At any rate, no, I've been transferring domains in large batches for my customers out of OpenSRS and it's been working flawlessly. The transfer authorization from ResellOne usually comes in within 3-5 minutes, and I get a notice from OpenSRS about 24 hours later. Once that's been approved, I can usually "force" the transfer to complete through ResellOne immediately, or wait for it to complete by itself.

Yes, I'm transferring my own domains from the old EV1 domain reg system into Resell one. Nothing is changing except the registrar.

I've transferred 3 more domains today and I haven't received any emails yet. I've tried twice to resend the emails. Nothing!

Resellone, what's up?

This is an issue we will need to offer you support for individually. Please email support@resellone.net with a description of the problem and every domain name you have not gotten a transfer request email for. If you've tried emailing support@resellone.net and have not gotten a timely response, please email domainmanager@resellone.net and either Laurie or I will look into the issue for you.

Update:

Ok, this was not an issue with Resellone.:o

Turns out the hosting company for the admin email address was messed up. It's fixed, and transfer emails are coming through fine.
