View Full Version : No RapidSSL?

Is there a reason why RapidSSL is not appearing in my control panel? I check everywhere and even live chat confirmed it's not on my cp...

It's the main reason I signed up for ResellOne.. Is this product being pulled from the line or something? Or hopefully it's just scripting problem?

Shows up as an option in mine. You are getting into the "Place a New Order" option under RWI2, right?

Yeah I am, but RapidSSL isn't displayed. Just QuickSSL & QuickSSL Premium

this had been a confirmed bug with resellone staff... it has been some time now...is this resolved? Is it only this user that has this problem or is all resellone clients affected by this? If I place my order, will I have the same problems if I order now??

I have been waiting for 1-2 weeks to order, but it seems this is taking so long to resolve. I hate to order and go live to have a bug present to take this long to resolve.

Resellone, we all know you monitor your forums...fill us in please

Heh... "monitor" the forums. There's a good one.

I still have the RapidSSL option in my control panel... just checked. So it's not all users.

I apologize about that problem. We have been working with TuCows to get it corrected, and they have stated that it was fixed. If you are having problems with ordering it, please contact support@resellone.net with the details so we can know whom is still experiencing this.

Yeah its fixed now. Almost 3 weeks later.. But better late than never!

Why is Tucows managing it? I thought RapidSSL is managed by Geotrust and domains managed by Tucows...?

Tucows provides OpenHRS, which powers the entire ResellOne backend system. That's why it looks and acts *exactly* like OpenSRS. They provide the RWI and the systems, but the domains are registered under ResellOne's accreditation, not Tucows. Same with the SSL certs... they're provided by GeoTrust, but still have to be ordered through the Tucows-powered backend.

It show up in my CP but with Price $0, so I can't purchase it. Support please fix it. :-(

It's all working now after a few email to support@resellone.net (Aamir- Reseller Services Supervisor) for fixing up the pricing table.
