nameservers

I have tried to change my nameservers within my UK-cheapest domain name control panel, however, over a week later the changes still have not been made, UK Cheapest are ignoring all communications from me and do not appear to have a phone number and this matter is extremely urgent.
My hosting company suggested trying yourselves before seeking legal advice.

Sounds like your (ex) host is one of *those*...

If you have a username and password for the domain, you could try logging into the actual management panel at http://manage.resellone.net... but my guess is you probably won't have the right user/pass for it.

Try e-mailing support@resellone.net. If they can verify that the domain is yours (i.e. you're listed as the Registrant in the WHOIS record), they may be able to get you access to it and/or yank it from your (ex) host.
