When trying to transfer domain we saw:

Pricing for this product could not be found. Please contact system support.
Order 123XXX for domain theXXXXXXXXider.com saved and submitted, but due to error(s) was not processed. Reason(s):

What could it be?..

Ough, discovered the reason. Tried to transfer from Resellone to Resellone ;)

Mkae sure the domain is not locked at the other registrar.

It's all working now after a few email to support@resellone.net (Aamir- Reseller Services Supervisor) for fixing up the pricing table.
