Hello,
@Chad: Wait a minute :-) I talked to customer support and they said that for existing domain customers and other existing customers it is possible to pay via "normal" ccard (w/o that verified add-on). We need to use that payment form that we we are using for the domain payments.....
That is correct, right ? Because I will sign up with you soon and we simply don't have verified visa options here in Europe, at least not in Germany...
Thx

Chad will have to clarify for sure, but I think that only applies to domains being purchased through EV1 directly (i.e. one-off registrations for server customers). ResellOne has always required a card to have Verified by Visa or SecureCode... much to my frustration since none of the banks I have accounts at offer business debit cards with the features.
It would be nice if they could make some changes to this, especially once you've established some sort of history. I certainly understand the fraud risk on a brand new account, but for an account that's been processing registrations for nearly a year now (without incident) it seems like things could be relaxed a little bit.
Yes, there should be a solution very soon.
There is simply no way that we do wire-transfers from Europe and we don't have an US bank account. And there are no banks offering those ccards in Germany.
But: I did ask support about paying for resellone, not for ev1 domains. And they assured me that it will not be a problem paying with that form if I am a current ev1 customer of some sort.
So, Resellone better sticks with that... :o
