The order confirmation e-mail provided the following information:
Public DNS Management Interface:
EV1 hosts a public DNS Management interface for end users that they can
use to manage their zone information, including zone records, domain
forwarding, domain for sale and domain under construction options. To
login, the username and password used to purchase the Managed DNS Service
must be used. Users will be able to manage all zones purchased under
that username. As a note, the permissions granted to an end user on
this site may be controlled to limit their management options. These
permissions may be set via the Reseller Web Interface. The DNS Management
website can be accessed at:
ror-s.resellone.net/managedns
The link provided (ror-s.resellone.net/managedns) doesn't work. Is there a different address that we're supposed to use?

Edit: I found https://resellers2.resellone.net/managedns/ but it doesn't work (gives an error message: Failed to authenticate user: Authentication Error: Connection refused: invalid ip address [216.40.43.65])

The link provided (ror-s.resellone.net/managedns) doesn't work. Is there a different address that we're supposed to use?

Edit: I found https://resellers2.resellone.net/managedns/ but it doesn't work (gives an error message: Failed to authenticate user: Authentication Error: Connection refused: invalid ip address [216.40.43.65])


I was able to pull the login page at https://resellers2.resellone.net/managedns/. If you could please send a screen shot of the error when it occurs, to domainmanager@resellone.net we can investigate this issue.

Here is a screenshot.

The IP address in the error message is a Tucows address, not mine (reverse DNS = ror1.tucows.com).

I just received a reply regarding the link. The correct one is https://resellers2.resellone.net/manageddns/. This will take you to the login page so that you can set these services up. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

I get the same error with this URL too.

Failed to authenticate user: Authentication Error: Connection refused: invalid ip address [216.40.43.65]

That is not my IP and the forgot password link too says connection refused.

We have received it and it has already been forwarded to the correct department so that this issue can be resolved as quickly as possible.
