I find the control panel very confusing, I'm hoping it's going to eventually be updated, I am trying to find out how to put funds into my account but can't seem to see it anywhere...

Once you've used it for a few days it will become familiar. The CP certainly isn't the prettiest in the world, but on the other hand, it's lean and loads fast which is really nice.

On the very first page if you click on "Online Credit Card Payment" it states:
Online Credit Card Payment

If you have processed at least three payments with Resellone, please email payments@resellone.net and request that online credit card account update functionality be enabled for your account. You MUST include your Reseller username with your request.

That link, in reality, is just a holdover from the OpenSRS system. ResellOne doesn't allow any sort of "online" payments (using online in the true sense of the word). What they do have support for is for you to submit your payment information, which they will then charge and add to your account manually. That can take anywhere from 1-2 hours to 48 hours, depending on when you do it.

The address for that form (it doesn't work for me in Firefox, so you may need to use IE) is https://resellone.net/payment/ - you will need to use a card that supports either Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode.

If your card does not support Verified by Visa or Secure Code please contact support@resellone.net to see if they can setup a manual payment for you.
