We have been asking a few questions using the support@resellone.net. When we got Chad to answer us, the replies make no sense, as you can see here the diference between Chad and Laurie:

Hello,

I'm talking about all the website builder packages and not Website builder export. For the other packages the price is monthly or unique?

thanks in advance

Support wrote:
Hello,

For a client to export their site it would be a one time fee, since they would be taking it to host it elsewhere.

Dear Laurie,

And the price presented refers to a single payment or a monthly one?

Thank you

Hello,

An export, is when a client chooses to no longer host their site with you, and wishes to retain the site that they built. There is a fee to export the data, that is charged, and you would in turn then set up the fee of your choice for this feature. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

Thank you,
Laurie J.

Hello

When modifying the email for Initial Authorization for Registrar Transfer (Country Code TLD's), under Transfer Management, I noticed that it does not erase the default text, it only add up the text that we insert.

I supose that this is an error, but please confirm it to me.

Thank you

I can understand that maybe our english can be sometimes wrong, but the thing is that he does not even read what is asked, he just replies what he believes that might be asking, but without reading!

Please review this way of giving support. Nevertheless, I wish to congratulate the rest of the team (EV1 and ResellOne), that have allways worked OK with us (from more than 3 years).

P.s.- Happy New Year :)

LOL...I have gotten a terse jewel of a reply from **** that left me saying wtf too.

OTOH, Laurie & Brooke have provided some of the best support I have ever received.

Thank you for your feedback, both positive and negative.

If you would like to comment on bad support in a general sense, the forum is the perfect place to air your grievances, but if you have an issue with a specific response or a specific representative, I think I can more effectively handle that issue through email.

If you ever have a response you are not satisfied with please email domainmanager@resellone.net and either Laurie or myself will give you the correct response, and offer the representative further training.
