Hello,

I have this message on acces on my control panel with you:

"Cookies must be enabled to login"

... But the cookies are enable on my pc and it's strange because i don't have never this message before?!?!

Could you help me?

This morning the problem had returned, then one hour later, the problem disappeared.

I think that resellone make of the maintenance because I made nothing from my part.

I didnt have this problem today but ResellOne is having a lot of other problems these days.

You'd start to think this was a result of the merger, the way things have been breaking all of a sudden...

Any update on when this might be fixed? As do others, I have domains that have been registered today that need to be pushed through.

NOTE: Live Support has been offline today as well.

I spoke with Live Support and they put in a support ticket. I was told to expect it to be working in the morning. I truly hope this is fixed sooner than tomorrow morning.

They have been working perfectly so far, there were temporary problems few hours a day for 4 days now. If we put it to numbers, 99.8-99.9% uptime about. Not so bad really.

These errors doesnt necessarily stop the life as it is. They last for few hours then you can work... Although I am hoping that things will get fixed until tomorrow, this is getting boring really.

Hello,

There are no changes being done on the side of ResellOne. I suspect this is tied to some changes and maitenance that TuCows was doing on their part. During this time period, they were having quite a few problems with their website builder product and were doing things to fix it.

Now, the most reasonable question would be how does that tie into the problems you are having. The answer is I don't know. But all things on the RS1 side being OK from our viewpoint, and our customers having widespread, IDENTICAL problems, that's the most educated guess I can make.

I can assure you, we did not go in and change our core API at all.

I am still experiencing these problems on daily basis. It takes many attempts to login to RWI and transfers page needs at least 2 reloads to load. Arent you all having the same problems?
