New prices for ResellOne.net!

ResellOne.net will no longer have pricing tiers. All customers with a ResellOne account will now have pricing equivalent to that which is currently called tier A.

Wire transfer, credit card payments (with enrollment in Verified by Visa or Secure Card from MasterCard) and checks from a United States bank are all valid ways to make the initial payment for a ResellOne account and to increase an account's balance.

There is still a requirement for either a $99.00 setup fee with no minimum deposit, or an initial deposit of at least $1,000 with no setup fee.

Pricing changes will go into effect at midnight tonight (Central Time). If you have any questions, or find tomorrow that the prices for your reseller account have not changed please email support@resellone.net.

Changes will be made to the ResellOne.net website, and the Reseller Contract starting tomorrow.

And what about check hold time? Enom credits my account immediately upon receipt of checks. Of course credit cards are more convenient, but checks are more profitable to ResellOne so I would think you wouldn't want to discourage them with lengthy hold times.

No, the requirement for credit cards, is that they are enrolled in Verified by Visa or Secure Card from MasterCard.

Email support@resellone.net and we'll send you a link to enter credit card information. Funds aren't added instantly, we still have to check them and add them manually, but they are usually added within 24 hours.

1) No support for AMEX?

2) What are the steps of sending in payments via credit card from the resellone interface? (and does it take another 7 days for the funds to appear again?)

No, I'm sorry. We cannot accept American Express payments for ResellOne.net deposits. Only credit cards enrolled in Verified by Visa, or Secure Card from MasterCard can be used to fund a ResellOne.net account.

2) What are the steps of sending in payments via credit card from the resellone interface? (and does it take another 7 days for the funds to appear again?)

Please email support@resellone.net for instructions on making payments via credit card. Funds are not held for 7 days, but they do need to be checked and added to accounts manually so it usually takes up to 24 hours for funds to be added to the account when paying by credit card.
