Setting Nameservers

In what part of the control panel can I set it up so when I register a domain my own Nameservers are attached?

Also I am using WHMCS billing which has a module to connect to my ResellOne account... Do I need to add my IP on this page "OpenSRS Script/API Access"???

The settings under "Tech Contact Information" in the RWI is what gets pre-filled when you are entering an order manually.

And yep - any off-site script needs to have its IP added, or you'll get errors when trying to connect.
