domain redemption

I have requested a domain to be redeemed and was advised by support that this would take 72 hours, it has now been more than 72 hours and so far I have received no responses to my emails to resellone support

Redemption can actually take up to a week. The rep you spoke with should have informed you of this, however the vast majority of domain redemption's actually are resolved within 72 hours.
