WHMCS, API and RWI

I have two domains registered with ResellOne. One of them is registered with my WHMCS installation (which use ResellOne API) and another with ResellOne web interface (RWI). I have added manually the second domain to WHMCS and selected Resellone as Registrar. But when I try to modify this domain I have the next error from Resellone module:
Registrar Error
Authentication Error.
There is no errors with the fist domain (registered from WHMCS with ResellOne API)

Where is the problem?

How exactly are you attempting to modify this domain name? Through WHMCS or through the RWI? The answer will make a difference in our approach to troubleshooting the error. As well, please keep in mind that we can troubleshoot this through domains@theplanet.com and update the results to the forums so that everyone else will see the conclusion.
