Hi...First of all if I disturb somebody from Resellone.net...sorry. My problem is this. I made an application for a reseller account on your form. After I fill up this application I went on a page that told me that I'll receive more information about my account. Because I didnt I tried to talk with somebody from live chat (Edi P) and after some questions this person told me about some papers (I didnt now nothing about the papers ....nothing about this was on the form and after a while this person close the sesion with me....I was feeling like a thief ! I just wanted to open an account if I have to sign papers I'l sign but that was very ugly what that person was doing. Is it like this the care for your customers ? I own a webhosting company and somebody recommand you for reselling domains, SSL etc. I had a very bad experince with resellone.net ! Maybe somebody will help me with this ! If not thats it. Thank you !:confused:

It is entirely possible that your welcome mail was lost somehow. It is also possible that webchat disconnected and the support person did not close it on you. So perhaps bad luck or your ISP is not working properly. I never get the chat to be closed without warning.

The papers they were talking are called 'agreements' or 'contracts' which you agree to when buying a service (naturally).

Perhaps you should complain to that person who recommended ReselOne to you. You could as well ask to this person about this problem, right? That person is probably using ResellOne if he/she is recommending it. Otherwise it would be weird to recommend something you dont use right?
