Sign Up email never received and no reply from support

I've subscribed for a new account on Thusday 25th but I never get the confirmation email.
On next day I mailed the support service with an assistance request without any reply in 24 hours, neither later.
Now I'm asking: How good is Resellone service?
How do you rate their support?

They have been having e-mail problems. You should try the webchat at http://www.resellone.net/ to reach them.

yes, they have problems with e-mails...
And they make some confusion with e-mail addresses used by the support service.
The first time they replied me back with a wrong address, reselone.net, then with another address, something like Huston Domains @ the planet dot com.
But I must say that Live Chat support rocks!!!
They operate in real time and in a couple of hours I get the whole procedure done and the account charged and ready to go.
Simply Great.

I will post again after some testing of their system.
I'm using H-Sphere control panel, is there any other using it out of there?

Yes they did that with me till i contact some of their chat and told me that my account could be activated when i sing up the contract and faxed it
