Well am I the only person getting this error?

Failed to update the order: 500::Service is temporarily unavailable

How about this one?

Order Item ID #1761 processed successfully.
Service is temporarily unavailable

Service Order

All I want to do is get a simple Starter certifacate and bam!! errors

 I guess I can tell the client they can just wait till I can provide the services I offer (which BTW I did pay to be able to offer these services)

I was able to find this Item Order ID within your RWI2, and it appears to have been cancelled. You can however resubmit for this certificate. I will email you a screenshot of that page so that you can reorder this Certificate. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

Ok this is not even fun any more ....... I send an email to support@resellone.net telling them the error I even copied and pasted the error. I get an email back

Hello James,
Since that order in particular is giving you the issues I would suggest that you just re-place the order new, there may have been an error in the process. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

Thank you,

Well guess what they did not fix anything they just said try again and I have tried and tried ....... hello !! I need this cert and that is the reason I signed up with ResellerOne so I could order stuff like certs and domains and such I am going to try and order a domain or at least renew one and lets see what happens.

Well I did manage to transfer a domain so at least that works. But I did notice that the prices for the certs are wrong they have not been updated to the new prices that are in place ...... Maybe thats the problem?

Ok you win I ordered the cert from EV1 I can only guess that is the last resort I have seeing after 24 hours this issue is still not settled now if I can convince the owner of the company that reseller one is still a good idea to keep even if we can only order domain names then everything will be ok for now.

I apologize, that you continued to receive this error, and I have forwarded it to the developement team to investigate. In suggesting that you attempt to re-order that particular cert, given the fact that other orders are being placed, I was only attempting to help you get that cert order placed and active as quickly as possible. I will be sure that we email you as soon as I have an answer regarding this order from our developement team. Please email domainmanager@resellone.net if you feel that your issue has not been fully addressed.

I got the very same error some days ago when i tried to order a StarterSSL (RapidSSL?) cert.
I did 3-4 reorders, didn't help much.
Ended up the same way - a RapidSSL cert at EV1 :)
