View Full Version : Looking to become R1 resell client
Just reading around, seen some complaints, seen some good things.
Would like current comments.
Is payment/deposit info now online? or have to be faxed in?
Anyone use AccountLabPlus with R1?
Current ease of customer service?
Thanks
Tom
Would the staff maybe even chime in to encourage me that this would be a good move?

Tom,
The forums are... well... pretty much not helpful.
I have been a reseller for a couple years now and have had no problems with support. Just this morning I had to email support and had a resolution litterally within a couple minutes. Just email HOU-domains [at] theplanet.com
Online payments are accepted. As far as AccountLabPlus, you shouldn't run into anything major. Works fairly seemless.

Tim,
Thank you very much for taking time to respond.
The insight from another client is very helpful.

Hello,
Resellone is very stable system. As you can see from forums the program has had its ups and downs but has been doing well for some time. There are online payments and we do not require any sort of minimal account balances. Our prices are some of the best in the industry (not counting on and off discounts and promotions of course).
Thanks,
Aamir A.

@Aamir: Are there plans to upgrade the forum and website? The spam problem is really anoying and the site is linking to loads and loads of outdated documentation material. (personally i'm now using the opensrs.com docus as they use the same platform., API hosts and ports can be found on the forum)
As for prices and mail support I'm totally happy.
It would be nice if you would pass on the registry promos. Customers like them ;-)
