Ok, first of all, some pros about resellone:
+ Fast support
+ Nice hompage
+ Good prices
And then the bad thing...
- The controllpanel / RWI
So, why do I disslike the CP?
- Ugly design, feels very old and unuserfriendly
- Bad structure - hard to find the tools you want to use
- A lot of broken links
- Not 100% brandable
- The "developers" at tucows doesn't seems to care much about resellone.
- Some things still doesn't work, like the API.
- Unstable? I don't know if I can trust to heavily use the API for my company. What if the API server crashes? The "developers" won't fix it in several days (or weeks..)!
The CP is dragging you down! I don't now if you can do much about it, since it is the heart of resellone. But at least I want you to know how bad it is...
