I just discovered this site and looks very good.
I know EV1 is good and well known.
I am a current reseller with enom and i have 1200+ domains.

Do you provide a demo account so i can test the API?
I dont like this XML stuff that seems to be getting more popular, enoms plain text method is simple and easy to understand.

If I signup I will pay the $1000 in advance by visa card (i have verified by visa).

Do you charge any kind of transaction fee for adding $ to the account?
eg. if i pay $1000, will i have the full 1000 available to buy domains at $6.49 ?

Do you offer any other domains such as .co.uk ?

Do you have an auto renew function for domains or do i have to renew the manually?

Thanks.
Eric

I'm just a customer, so I'll answer what I know.

There is no transaction fee - every time I've deposited $500, $500 has been shown as available in my domain account the next day.

Do you have an auto renew function for domains or do i have to renew the manually?
Auto renew works great. If you choose to, you can also add years to individual domains or batch renew many domains at once, but I've been using autorenew for a few months now and it works well. It also shows you domains coming up for renewal in 30, 60, and 90 days, and of course you can change the autorenew flag on domains if you wish.

Unfortunately we don't provide a demo account. However, you can sign up for an account before doing a contract, and then you can test out the API before you put money into your account.

Jeff was 100 percent right on this question.

Do you offer any other domains such as .co.uk ?
>I'm sorry, at this time we don't offer country codes.

Do you have an auto renew function for domains or do i have to renew the manually?
Again, Jeff nailed the question.

Please feel free to contact us at domains@theplanet.com for direct assistance from our staff. Or you may login to chat at the resellone.net page.

Thanks.

Hi Eric,

I have a question. Why do you want to change from eNom to ResellOne? else than 46cents/domain/year difference?

Thanks,
Evren

Well enom charge refill fee of 3%.
I have a $6.95 account. but in reality its $7.15 because of this fee.
So the difference is 66 cent.

So with my domains thats about $1000 a year savings.

Another way of putting it would be i could lower my price by 66 cent and still make the same profit.

Oh and BTW RS1 you really need to transfer resellone.net to your own registrar.
Its currently set to tucows.
When i first became aware of this site the first thing i done was i seen your icann logo and then i did a whois resellone.net and see who the registrar was, when i seen tucows i thought it was a scam.
It wasnt until i viewed this forum and did a whois on one of your customer domains and see you were a real registrar.

Well, resellone and tucows are almost the same thing really. You can use all programs supporting tucows/opensrs with resellone.
