Hi,
I sign up one reseller account about two weeks ago, I just received an auto email from the sign-up page with the link to download the contract, since then, I wrote a lot of emails asking about some questions to fill and send the contract, but no answer since Feb 11, 2007! The emails I tried are domainmanager@resellone.net, support@resellone.net. I tried two times living talk, first asked me waiting, then I get a message the system is not available, asked me send message. I did, but still no answer! Some one can tell me there is a way to comunication with R1? Is it normal way for R1 working like this, I am worry as I am trying to do bussiness with R1...
