View Full Version : Some one can tell me how to get answer frm R1

Hi,

I sign up one reseller account about two weeks ago, I just received an auto email from the sign-up page with the link to download the contract, since then, I wrote a lot of emails asking about some questions to fill and send the contract, but no answer since Feb 11, 2007! The emails I tried are domainmanager@resellone.net, support@resellone.net. I tried two times living talk, first asked me waiting, then I get a message the system is not available, asked me send message. I did, but still no answer! Some one can tell me there is a way to comunication with R1? Is it normal way for R1 working like this, I am worry as I am trying to do bussiness with R1...

You should try the live chat again. It usually works fine, sometimes some weird thing happen and it disconnects.

I got "Eddie" - probably the most unpleasant and downright rude "support" person I have ever encountered.

All I was trying to do was order SSL renewal from resellone.net - and with a view to moving our domain reseller account over from TuCows.

My impression of resellerone? The exact opposite of EV1 and "headsurfer": arrogant, incompetent, and uninterested in gaining new business.

Can you tell us exactly what you asked and what answer you got?

I don't recognize the name "Eddie" as someone I've ever talked to with Reselleone in the last year -- are you sure he is a ResellOne rep or did you get the EV1 general tech support dept?

No, there is an Eddie P. but I think this can be a misunderstanding as resellone support is trying to help a lot usually.
