I've noticed this a couple of times, and it just seems to come and go.

By changing
https://resellers.resellone.net/transfers?rid=nnnn
to
https://resellers.resellone.net/transfers

that seems to cure the problem. Not sure on the official word about this

The URL of transference of domains, DOES NOT WORK. Even this this without solving?

ERROR:

URL: resellers.resellone.net/transfers?rid=xxxxx

OK
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, dnsadmin@tucows.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

It's not ideal, but like I said before, if it's crucial to start a domain transfer (until the problem is fixed anyway), go to

https://resellers.resellone.net/transfers/

If the error persists, refresh once or twice and it clears. I've done it several times to get things moving.

Still waiting on the official word on it being fixed though.

This also doesnt work at the moment. It gives 'Billing Error' to us.

Ok I take everything back. It's not working at all at the moment. I spoke to someone on the Live Chat thing yesterday, and they said they thought that the Billing Error, and the Internal Server Error was linked.

Hopefully be fixed soon!!

Perhaps they will soon close the business also :)

Just tried again. Got the Internal server error page. Refreshed, came up normal. transfer went through too - no more "Billing failure"!

[edit]
tried again on another domain, no internal server error this time. works from start to beginning! all the problems are coming to an end

All,

Please attempt to complete any pending registrations that have resulted from the billing error. We believe this particular issue to be resolved, but would like any feedback to the contrary, or reports of other related issues that may have been obscured by this serious blocking error.

Thank you all for your help! The normal support channels would be the best avenue for further error reporting, although feel free to PM me directly as well if you prefer. (And "Hello" to everyone, as I'm not a regular on this side of the business. :) )

More details to come, once we have confirmed resolution -- and our sincere apologies in the meantime for the trouble.

Best Regards,

-Rick
