Hello

I have tried all the support mechanisms available - live chat and support@resellone.com.

We cannot register any domains, and receive a Billing Error vy the API when we try. There is plenty money in our account, and RSone say they are aware of the problem.

This problem has been there for over 24 hours, and the only feedback I have is that "we are currently working on this issue". This is unacceptable - I need to know if this will be sorted today, or should I be registering domains elsewhere.

I undersatand Im not the only one with this problem.

Please will someone give me an update on this?

Thanks...

I have he himself problem exactly, in two accounts that I have with resellone.

Single it happens with .com domains and .net, the others work. Something suspicious, because with Tucows it works (also I have account with them). From ResellOne they do not give any information, does not seem to me nothing serious.

It seems as if they did not have money in Verisign for registry of domains?

Resellone please to give some type of information

You pardon by my English… I am Spanish

Lets be realistic. Obviously OpenSRS/Tucows is not giving good service to ResellOne. It seems like this wont change anytime soon. We have 700+ domain years registered with resellone in past 6 months. But I think I would rather pay 50cents/domain more and go to another registrar if this goes on like this. Can anybody recommend one? has anybody used eNom?

The idea of changing registrer is getting quite interesting. We have 10 domains in queue to be registered/renewed and cannot wait much longer

Anyone get from them any answer ?

eNom is the best choice for me if I change to another registrar, does anybody have some information about their pricing?

Obviously enom is even protecting their resellers! They dont put their reseller prices to anywhere to be seen, where ResellOne nicely steal our customers and refuse to remove their prices from their web page.
cant always talk positive things about resellone, lately everything was going wrong

Thanks,
Evren

Hello,

I have the same problem me too.

But let us leave to them a luck. What I want to say, it is that today any problem can arrive, they do certainly their best to resolve the situation.

For information, here is the link for the prices to enom: enom.com/pricing.asp

But I do not really know if Enom is better than Resellone...

Sorry for my english, i'm french ;)

ResellOne knows nothing technical about the system, they buy service from OpenSRS. OpenSRS is obviously taking things slow.

That link forwards to their homepage, plus they dont show their prices for resellers who have 1000+ domains. Their prices show prices for you registering <100 domains etc.

Hello,

This issue is very serious but this is the first issue i am facing from the beginning of the service. Therefore we should tolerate these kind of issues.

Good price
Easy domain interface for beginners
Again good price:)

Thanks,
Melih

To get $6.95 at enom you either have to pay a $6995 deposit applicable towards domain registrations or a non-refundable $1595 setup fee.

All,

Please attempt to complete any pending registrations that have resulted from the billing error. We believe this particular issue to be resolved, but would like any feedback to the contrary, or reports of other related issues that may have been obscured by this serious blocking error.

Thank you all for your help! The normal support channels would be the best avenue for further error reporting, although feel free to PM me directly as well if you prefer. (And "Hello" to everyone, as I'm not a regular on this side of the business. :) )

More details to come, once we have confirmed resolution -- and our sincere apologies in the meantime for the trouble.

Best Regards,

-Rick

I found it to be of an annoyance, I think however Resellone could have done a better job of informing us of the status by using this forum for announcement or a mass mailing to us to let us know what was going on.

I agree that 2 days + without the ability to register domains puts a big hit on those folks whose main business is selling domains as part of their hosting etc.

Well, I payed ~$6000 to resellone already. It seems like I should have gone with eNom heh...but still the per domain difference makes a lot of money on the long run.
