Hi,
Does anyone know how I can get some help. I have been emailing resellone.net for about a week now and I get really stupid replies. I put in a transfer request for a domain to transfer it from OnlineNic to Resellone. It sent me an email asking for owner approval and so I clicked on the link and approved it (put in the authcode). I got an error saying that the domain was either locked or the authcode was wrong. I spoke to OnlineNic and they said they received the request from Resellone and transfered it. My problem is that was on the 4th. When I do a whois it shows the domain registered by resellone - but gives no owner information. Here it is the 8th almost 9th and when I log-in to the control panel it still shows "Pending Owner Approval". It expires on the 12th and I am worried because the people I have been emailing don't seem to get the problem. They have told me to try to re-register the domain (well that is impossible because it is already registered). They have told me it takes 7 days, but that is 7 days for OnlineNic to transfer it and they did that back on the 4th. I don't seem to be getting anywhere - anyone have some advice who I can speak to?
