Your check payment processing is inefficient. When I send a check to Enom, the funds are generally in my account and available for use within 3 business days. I mailed a check to Resellone 1/1/06 (from US). It cleared my bank 1/10, but it won't be available until 1/18. That's unacceptable IMO. What if the check was lost in the mail? I wouldn't know for weeks!

The least you could do is post that the payment has been received and pending in x-number of days in the account manager.

I'd think you would encourage check payments as they are obviously more profitable. Needless to say I'll be paying via cc in the future.

Rebis,
I believe that we responded to your email, and let you know that we received the check. The reason that it will not be in the account is due to a seven working day hold from the date of deposit. I will make sure that this policy is reviewed, and I apologize for any inconvenience.

Yes, someone responded to my email, but my point was if the account isn't credited upon receipt, the least you could do is post a notice or send an email confirmation that it was received and pending clearance (without the customer having to run you down for an ETA). Just my 2 cents. I think I'll be paying via cc in the future. ;)

I don't see any reason why we can't start doing that. We'll send an email when a check is received and let you know the date on which it will be added to the balance of your ResellOne.net account.

Sounds like a plan to me. I will make sure that this is done. Thanks Rebis for the suggestion. :)

At least yours got deposited. I'm still waiting for them to deposit mine that was delivered there on November 14th. ;-)

If that's the case Catalyst, I have to assume the check never arrived. You may want to stop payment on that check at your bank.
