Has anyone been able to order a TrueBusiness ID or does anyone know if this will be available?

I noticed that the TrueBusiness ID and TrueBusinessID Wildcard are listed in the RWI 2 section and tried to order, but I get this error message:

"Failed to update the order: 20007::Unable to create order item, order parameters failed validation: Error from supplier: Error Submitting Order. Problem: Field approverEmail is invalid. Supplier code: -2006Error Submitting Order. Invalid Field: PartnerCode Problem: Invalid Reseller; ;"

So, I had a second look at the rates and it looks like TrueBusiness ID will not really be offered, although it is an option in the RWI 2 interface?

We are not offering TrueBusiness ID. I contacted Tucows to have that removed last week. I guess I need to email them again. Thank you.

True Business is merely a gimmick IMO. 99% of your customers won't bother to click the seal. May as well save 50% and use a static GT seal if you think it's necessary. Btw, Choicepoint ID is included either way (selling point), although few will bother with that either. They're mainly interested in seeing that tiny gold lock is all.

Do you insist on writing about "email" everytime "net" is mentioned?

I'm sorry, by having people email any issue that may occur, with a screen shot, we are able to get it to development as quickly as possible, with specific account information, so that we can get it resolved.

Is TrueBusinessID back again? I found it appearing in RWI2 this week.

I just came across this today. Unfortunately we do not have True Buisness ID with the RS1 system although it a subject of discussion currently.
