Resellone clients please go to http://www.resellone.net/about/legal.aspx, to send in the TLD agreements, they can either be faxed in or you can sign and scan them, then email them to support@resellone.net. There is one for each TLD that you may want to offer. Please let us know if you have any questions.

A question Laurie. We have to scan all the 4 pages of each TLD agreement and send them all to you? Where can we sign, last page?
Just another question? What about a mass mail to resellone clients with this post information;)

Something I'm not clear on... why do we as resellers need to sign these? I recognize the wording almost exactly from OpenSRS... these are the registry-registrant agreements, which have nothing to do with the RSPs (besides the fact that it's our job to make sure the end user is aware of it).
Do we just write our name and sign at the end of the agreement? Shouldn't just the last page be enough?

OKay I was just made aware that these documents are for you the resellers to have available to your end users. Sorry for the confusion. I did also send a email to all of the active resellers through our system.

Does this mean that we would have to have anyone that wants to register a domain sign one of these and fax it in? Really?
I think you simply would need to integrate the agreement into your order process (e.g. "click here to confirm that you've read and agree to this (link here) registration agreement.)

I think you simply would need to integrate the agreement into your order processYeah... that's the basic idea. Once I can get my online ordering/hosting signup script going (whenever access to the API becomes available), I'm just throwing the contract text into an inline frame on the page and giving them a checkbox to indicate that they've read and agree to the terms. That's stood the test of time with OpenSRS, so I would imagine it'll do here.

That sounds like the best way to integrate these into your systems, once we have the API out there. I apologize again for the length of time it is taking to get it to y'all, but we want to be sure that it is right first.
