We took more of a month with “Cookie problem login” now is no way to login…
I am tired of its badly service. Really I am gotten upset. To speak with you is absurd, single they know to say “we are in it”, and thus a month! By a simple problem of an application.

Currently the system is down.
Please send a screen shot of any error that you are recienving, making sure to include the time stamp in the top corner of the screen to support@resellone.net
Screenshot of "cookies must be enabled" error sent in to support. How many should I send in? (do you want volume to give to the Tucows developers?)

to send screenshot? So that? Perhaps it changes to much the error message? Simply IT DOES NOT WORK, for a long time. And not to have even solved it. The only answer is “systems down in this moment”. You do not give a simple excuse, seems lie.

That is exactly what I intend to do. Time and time again we have been told that the problem is on the end of the EU or that their NOC team is looking into it. If the issue was on the part of the reseller then it would be localized to one person. It obviously is not. I will begin forwarding every error and screen shot to them until they get the point.
Appears to be back up - able to login just now, at last.

Eddie, you should hire somebody who can explain the problem from a technical standpoint to OpenSRS guys. I myself find it very annoying even that our support guys come and tell me that 'this customer's email doesnt work' :) Now, what am I suppose to do with that information. I need to know, if he cant send e-mail or receive e-mail, or he can receive with webmail, but pop3/imap is not working, and what errors he is receiving and a lot more BEFORE I can actually start looking for an error. Otherwise I would waste hours of work checking everything and maybe figure that the guy had his password wrong or something.
I totally understand OpenSRS support and they are probably in the same kind of situation and they ask for screenshots because they cant receive enough information from ResellOne (as a coincidence I have been asking screenshots from our support guys and customers myself because of this problem).
Thanks,
Evren

ResellOne says that the cookies error has been fixed!
Are you guys having cookies errors or any other kind of errors?

While trying to access R1 reseller area we see:

Please contact the server administrator, dnsadmin@tucows.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Lately we have seen this error too often. What is going on?

I'm also getting a "General error has occurred" message when I try to perform any DNS editing action. I've contacted Aamir and he said that he forwarded my problem to a higher support department.
