I, for one, am extremely pissed off that this login issue has been going on for nearly a month. What are we supposed to do? How much business are we supposed to lose while RS1 gets the problem fixed?

We go from "You must have cookies enabled" to "A general failure has occured" to "Internal Server Error: No response from provisioning server" one after the other.

Enough is enough. For the cost and hassle it took to set this account up initially, it is COMPLETELY unacceptable that this should happen now.

Well here it is 2 days later and the errors are still there I think it has something to do with the take over once TP was made the company name support dropped to TP level.

We moved our servers away so I guess the next step is to move the rest of our business else where too.
