Api Is Down!

Currently ResellOne's API is giving empty replies to us. We are not able to use it, can anybody confirm this?

Yes, we can confirm it.

We also get "general error" in the reseller control panel...

Well it's not really down for me here but I have to do everything at least twice to get it to work.

The first attempt will give a "general error" using the back button on the browser (IE7) and trying it again seems to work.

Looks like Reseller1 is going the way of EV1 servers. Piss poor service and no support. Good thing we do not depend on Reseller1 for all of our DNS needs.

We also use the openSR to do all of our clients management usage seems it gives out the same error.
