Hello
i sent you an email 2 weeks ago and still no answer and sent you the email again few days ago and still no answer .
i just wanted to know if you received my contract , is this the way you do business ? what is going on in your support departement?
The chat is never available , your kicked out after few seconds again if its online.
well after this experience i have really to reconsider if i should pay the $99 or not? or start registereing domains with you .
if you want my username please send me a PM , this is the only option left to me that i get in contact with you.

I regret to hear that communication is bad between us at the moment. Maybe there is some type of filtering issue? I have posted a private message to you to open continual conversation.

I feel your pain too... I've send my contract on the 8th and 3 weeks later I still got nothing from R1. :-(

Aamir because not to answer emails? You can give a reasonable explanation us? We felt impotence by not being able to do nothing before this situation. To have the left clients, does not give shame you?

There have been numerous incidents of individuals indicating that they have sent an email to RS1 and received no reply, however the reason for the error itself has not yet been ascertained. We are working on it, and while I know that may seem like just words with no backing, I assure you that the issue with the improperly working mail system has been at the center of a good deal of internal discussion and investigation. Recently, in some instances we have found that on the behalf of some of our clientèle are using mail verification systems that cause the email to bounce. A general email notification will be going out from the new bulk mailing system that was set up recently in order to help reduce some of these issues, however this by no means is the only source of conflict.

Eddie, you should setup a system where you send a confirmation mail which means that you got our e-mail. OR you can perhaps let us to push mail to your systems from web.

That's not a bad idea. I would like to see if we can get another email system set up though. To many problems with the one we currently use and I would like to get rid of it.
As a side note, if an email does not recieve a responce within 48 hours you may want to consider PM'ing me or comming into LS Chat or calling. Currently you would need to come into The Planet's chat system but you can be transfered over to us. The same goes for the phone's. You can find that here:
