Hi,
I have domain transfers to resellone waiting with admin e-mail cannot be parsed error for 4 days now. Something must have happened to resellone staff, mass suicide perhaps? How am I suppose to transfer domains to resellone if they cant process these orders. Tucows/OpenSRS does this in 1 hour, with ResellOne it takes 2 days. I find it quite unacceptable. I could live with 2 times a day or even once a day, but once in a week is really annoying!
Are you able to reach to ResellOne support? I mean if their system burns down, would they even know about it?
Thanks,
Evren

4 days... that is a bit much, even by anything I've experienced. Weekend and the Memorial Day holiday colliding, maybe?
I've long given up on ResellOne for new registrations. I'm slowly moving my pile of domains out as they come up for renewal. The last straw for me was a message one of the admins posted (think it was Brooke) that basically said the domains were priced to the point that any support = losing money on their part. (Can't seem to find the original message now... think it was over at the EV1 forums, but can't find it in the new Planet forums.) That, to me, explains every single support problem I've seen posted here or personally experienced. I'm convinced that it's not the individuals that are the problem - it's a lack of staffing entirely.
I gave it a shot, and now I've realized that I'd much rather pay a somewhat higher price per-domain for some realistic, dependable support that does something more than ask for a screenshot or say it's not their problem. I may stick around for SSLs... haven't quite decided there yet. But certainly no more domains.

To which registrar are you moving your domains to? As you probably know, ResellOne doesnt have any technical staff. They get support from OpenSRS and OpenSRS are the ones who want the screenshots, because they dont believe ResellOne staff that there is a problem.
Lately ResellOne have been working good (last 2 weeks) but when I do the math, I cant pay 50cents per domain more because it makes a lot of money for 1000+ domains.
On the other hand, you can yourself become ICANN accredited registrar and I think it is even profitable if you have 5000+ domains :)
