View Full Version : Pricing system is currently unavailable

I get this error when attempting to register a new domain or transfer a domain, it tells me there's no price setup for the service ($0.00) and then states it cannot make the transfer/registration.

Any idea why I'm getting this error? None of the support links work for me & E-Mail support has been 100% unresponsive.

Are you a new user or? This error is something I have faced earlier. I will PM you the e-mail address of Aamir and he can help you, alternatively try to catch ResellOne support online at www.resellone.net

I know that their support e-mail system is located near a blackhole which sucks all the incoming e-mails :)

Sorry about that. We should be able to take care of the error pretty easily.

I think the idea that we do not respond to emails is a little overblown to say the least. If we did not, we would never collect new customers at all and our business would disappear fast...

Do we respond as quickly as our customers would like? No... But please do not make us out to look like we do nothing to assist our customers because we have gone through or are going through hard times.

As for Yurtesen, I assist you on numerous occassions personally so I'm not sure why you would say something to that affect.

Again, true, we do not respond as timely as our customers would like, but emails get answered. As I write this, there is one email pending in support@resellone.net. Anyone who has a serious issue that is being unanswered has always had complete freedom to email domainmanager@resellone.net should communications break down.

Today I contact Resellone and the issue was resolved within 2 hours, it was a charge request. In the past similar service took over a day or two. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. So I do think Resellone's service is definitely improving.

It is true, you personally have been more responsive. However the e-mails I sent to support@resellone.net is almost never answered. As you can see, other people are also confirming that they dont get replies. So maybe your system is not sending replies to people? I mean there might be a problem in your support@resellone.net system if you reply but we dont receive those replies!

As you all know, we are running on a smaller crew and have been for some time... I admit, we have struggled to adjust to it. You can take as evidence the problems over the last few months.

I can't promise a quick turn around to where we were in May of last year in terms of response times because that was a crew roughly twice as large as this one with more experience. However, we can take each issue one by one, give it our full attention and refine the process or issue until it is alleviated on a larger scale so that everyone gets good service. What I need is from my good reseller community is good communication (which again, I admit, my team is not known for, but we are changing) between us and some time.. I'm not asking for alot of time, but some on each issue is greatly apprciated...

Right now, my area of influence is on the ResellOne Sales and Support ground role. So that is my focus. Response times are not good? Ok...

If anyone has been having bad response times from support@resellone.net, or any other @resellone.net address, feel free to email me @ aabdullah@theplanet.com. My staff and I will conduct a test with each person to be sure mail services are functioning properly. On a larger scale, I'll be sure to make changes so that our support@resellone.net mail que is being checked and answered more frequently.

I've just joined RS1 and facing the same problem with $0 showing up on my RapidSSL purchase and could not complete the purchase.
