You cant change it as ICANN has rules about what the email should look like.
You can put your logo to to transfer approval page.
About the URL, that is also not possible, what if you put it to a page where you steal auth codes? :)

Briefly it is not possible.

And sorry again for digging in the old threads. :D

Actually Appendix F of the opensrs_perlapi.pdf says that it is possible. Would be nice if ResellOne could give a pointer whether this is implemented on their platform as well.

It would be great step toward a whitelabled user experience. ;)

I think that might be a mistake in the documentation. Not only it doesnt make much sense to allow to get that customized, then there would be thousands of cases where the resellers try to change it to their advantage or break transfers altogether. (definite problems with ICANN!)

Do you know where can one set this URL even? I mean I dont know any place where you can setup transfer approval url.

Thanks,
Evren

By default, a domain's admin contact is directed to the OpenSRS transfer
approval URL, but a reseller can choose to instead direct clients to their own
URL for approvals.
The scripts to parse the end-user replies back to OpenSRS must pass
responses through https:// rr-n1-tor . opensrs . net / transfers, and must include
several different actions (each of which require various fields). The required
actions and fields are listed in the following tables.
It really doesn't say where, but it sounds like Tucows allows it for their Resellers. As I'm not yet signed up with ResellOne nor with Tucows I can't confirm it.

I totally agree that this is a feature that makes verification of the Reseller Code by the registrar compulsory. As it is a sensitive part of the transfer process. But it sure would be nice to be able to hide the ResellOne URL/Logo from customers during the transfer process.

I have accounts from both Tucows/OpenSRS and ResellOne. I cant set the transfer URL in neither... (unless of course there is something I am missing but I checked every place quite carefully) :)

However you can change the logo. Not the contents of the pages, or the language of the pages.

Thanks,
