Hi

I am unnable to login to RS, it does not accept my password. Is it just me?

It appears ok for me.

Also, I think (someone correct me if I am wrong) you can check for possible concerns that might be related to the openSRS here http://status.tucows.com/

This might not show RS1 login issues, but, I might help on registration and transfer type stuff.

I believe I was able to login yesterday fine, I have logged in to resellone several times.

Please forgive our non replies and lateness for the past 2 weeks... And no chat. We've taken further severe personnel losses.

I would like to take the time to dispel the idea that this service is going anywhere. It is not. If it is I have heard absolutely nothing to that affect. And there are plans in place to beef up the staff that management is working on (I'm involved in a small capacity). This week I have only two people. So there is avery good reason why things aren't happening quickly.

Well glad to see your back on the forum Aamir,

I seen on the TP forum that there are big plans for ReSellOne as far as TP clients go.

But I am sure there are a few of us that do not use TP servers that have quite a bit of time and money invested here so the question is still the same can we as non TP clients depend on this service to be around?

Not asking for anything more just the services that were offered when I started with ReSellOne as for the support well I can figure out what I need to do on my own as long as the services are kept running properly.
